Most beginners who start painting miniatures are doing it to get them ready for the tabletop – to use in a D&D or other RPG game. As a DM, sometimes I need to have dozens mins ready to go. A horde of goblins or a gang of highwaymen. And then the following week or two I need a whole new group of minis.
Getting them ready for tabletop quickly but not spending hours on each figure is difficult. That is, until I found this 3-minute video. It describes a way to only spend about 10 minutes on each mini and yet have them fully and nicely painted. It’s so incredibly simple, and it makes everything so much easier. As a brand new miniature painter, this has made such an incredible difference to my game preparation.
No more gray plastic minis in my game ever again.
